Assistant General Manager/Sommelier

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with sommelier credentials to join our leadership team. This role combines operational management with wine expertise, requiring someone who can both ensure smooth daily operations and create an exceptional wine program that complements our culinary offerings. The ideal candidate will help shape our wine identity while supporting overall business management.
