MEET
THE CHEF
Paul Corsentino brings over 20 years of culinary experience to his coastal American cuisine, rooted in integrity and seasonal ingredients. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, his early career included roles at MK in Chicago and Bouley in New York, where he trained under Chef Cesar Ramirez and supported Geoffrey Zakarian’s win on The Next Iron Chef: Super Chefs.
Corsentino went on to lead kitchens at The National in NYC, Salt Wood Kitchen in Marina, and The Sur House at Alila Ventana Big Sur. Now Executive Chef at VIN By the Sea, he continues to showcase the bounty of Monterey County. He lives in Seaside, California, with his wife and two sons.
